Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Watsabi ("the service"), operated by Thumos Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Watsabi connects to your WhatsApp number and uses AI to automatically reply to your customers based on the instructions and knowledge you provide.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use Watsabi to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to message people without a lawful basis, or for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. You must follow WhatsApp's own policies. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. AI replies
Replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for the content your assistant sends and for the instructions and knowledge you give it. Review and correct them as needed.
4. Free trial & plans
New accounts get a 7-day free trial — no card required. Each plan has a daily reply limit. Paid billing is being added; we'll notify you before any charges apply, and you can cancel any time.
5. Your content
You own the content you and your customers provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime at this stage and may change or discontinue features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, WhatsApp account actions, or AI errors. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
8. Termination
You can stop using Watsabi at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
